Improvement of physical and emotional health through steady movement
About me
I bring practice and experience from demanding professional work.
Before teaching Pilates, I worked as a war crimes prosecutor and human rights lawyer assisting refugees. Long hours at a desk and emotionally demanding work made Pilates a vital way for me to stay grounded, resilient, and connected to my body.
I bring deep empathy from my own experience with Pilates, methodological precision from legal work, and a strong understanding of how movement supports professionals living with stress, tension, and posture issues linked to desk work.
The result is a style of teaching that is attentive and exacting without becoming rigid. My sessions are both soothing and playful, with space for challenge, care, and genuine enjoyment.
